With the global shift to digital experiences, the gap between in-person and online shopping widened, causing Microsoft third-party retail companies to experience lower awareness and attach rates around Microsoft 365. We mapped the shopper journey to identify conversion drop-offs, then developed targeted messaging and visuals — tested and refined — to communicate the value of Microsoft 365 at key decision points. The result: an 18% increase in attach sales driving $230M in revenue, and a 3x expansion of agency engagement through campaign extensions.
